What changes hands, and when.
A one-time placement fee on the first month only — 25% from the parent and 25% from the tutor. From month 2 there is no commission at all.
The parent pays 25% to BengalTutors to confirm the booking, and the remaining 50% directly to the tutor at the end of the first month.
No. From month 2 onwards the parent pays the tutor directly and BengalTutors takes nothing further.
